Return policy
At RANGEZ, we are committed to providing you with high-quality consumer electronics that enhance your life and keep you connected. We understand that sometimes returns are necessary. To facilitate this process and ensure a seamless experience, we have established the following global return policy. The RANGEZ Return Policy is a part of our Terms of Service. Terms not defined here have the meanings given to them in the Terms of Service.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase of RANGEZ RFS1 or any additional accessories (each, a “Product”), you can request a return for a refund within 14 days of receiving your order. Returns are only accepted if the Product is in “like new” condition and the packaging is intact.
The policy excludes ordinary wear and tear, or damage caused by improper use, neglect, accidents, or user-inflicted damage, according to the RANGEZ Limited Warranty.
Attention
● We only accept returns and exchanges on items purchased from RANGEZ.co, items purchased from Authorized retailers must be returned to the place of purchase.
● Protection is important, so please place the eyewear in a case, and the case in a cardboard box, in order to protect the product during transportation. We recommend sending your eyewear as certified or insured for tracking purposes. Please note we ARE NOT responsible for any lost packages, for any damage in transit or damage due to improper packaging.
● Please DO NOT include any form of payment (cash, check or money orders) along with your eyewear.
● Upon receiving your product, we will promptly evaluate it and provide you with a repair solution. You will receive an email detailing the proposed actions and any associated costs. From the date of this email, you have 30 days to decide whether to proceed with the repair or request a return of your glasses. Please note that return shipping costs will be your responsibility.
If we do not receive a response within this 30-day period, RANGEZ reserves the right to manage your glasses as deemed appropriate, without further liability.
● Please note that RFS1 glasses equipped with prescription lenses are highly customized and therefore not eligible for return or exchange.
● For orders with multiple pairs of glasses, we do not allow returns and exchanges within the same transaction. If you wish to return one pair and exchange another in the same order, separate transactions must be processed.
Return process
To request a return, please visit RANGEZ.co/support to contact our customer support team. Once your return has been authorized, you will receive an email with return instructions. All returns must be shipped in the original packaging, including all original accessories, manuals, and packaging materials. RANGEZ is not responsible for packages lost in transit without proof of tracking.
Refunds
Once we have received your returned Product, we will inspect the Product to confirm it is eligible for return. Once the inspection is complete, you will receive an email notification when we refund the price of the item(s).We will return the funds to your account as quickly as possible.
All refunds will occur via the original payment method.
Shipping fees, handling charges, and any applicable VAT or customs fees are non-refundable. Refunds will be issued in the original payment currency and reflect the current exchange rate
Damaged products
If your Product is returned in damaged condition, with missing parts (including, for example, the original accessories, manuals, and/or packaging materials), or otherwise has signs of abuse, user-inflicted damage, or is not in “like new” condition, RANGEZ reserves the right to (a) refuse a refund, (b) reduce the refund amount (proportionate to the Product’s decrease in value due to the damage and/or missing parts as determined by RANGEZ), or (c) charge additional restocking fees, all at RANGEZ’s sole discretion.
International returns
The RANGEZ Return Policy applies to products purchased worldwide. For international returns, the customer will cover the shipping cost for returning the product from the customer’s country/region to our international return center.
